The final of the Briggs Parr Cup was played between Dunraven and Julian's on 14 June at Rosendale Playing Fields.
In an exciting match Julian's came from two goals down to win 3-2 and become the first winners of the cup named after Lily Parr and Joan Briggs two stalwarts of the women's game from the 1920s and 1960s respectively when women's football was not recognised by the FA.
Kate Atkins, head teacher of Rosendale Primary and Kieron Campbell of Active Edge presented the inaugural Briggs Parr Cup to Julian's and finalist medals to both teams.
